Sizing:
• Catalog Sizes: Our necklaces are listed with a neck size and pendent drop size. With bracelets, please keep in mind that a bracelet with a larger stone will need a bit more expanse around the wrist, requiring a slightly larger size. The earring length is measured from the top of the coil on the French hoop to the bottom of the earring.
• Resizing: Although we can always shorten a necklace or bracelet design, lengthening will depend on the availability of the specific stones used in the design. There is a $15.00 cost for re-sizing a design, plus the cost of stones if the re-sizing is for added length. You are welcome to request re-sizing before your purchase ships for no additional shipping costs (please email us with your request at customersupport@stixsandstonesjewelry.com). If re-sizing is required after the design has shipped to your location, the shipping cost back to Stixs and Stones Jewelry is up to the customer (with appropriate packaging and insurance to ensure no damage to the design). Stixs and Stones Jewelry will cover the cost of shipping back to the customer after the re-sizing has been completed.
Shipping Information:
Orders can usually be shipped to you within 5-6 business days (within the U.S.), from the time your payment is processed (if purchasing by check, we will ship your order as soon as the check clears).
